if u mean homebrew, then there is only one that i kno of. but it was shut down. it was starlite. before it was even plyable the makers of starcraft shut the project down.

The ad-hoc connection is very difficult to code for, and the latest version of DevKitARM most likely broke any current working code. There were a few demo applications like a file transfer app, but nothing major.
