My jap psp wond down grade ???

my jap psp wont downgrade when i put all the softwares in but when i go to the photo in my psp it freeze'z and switch's off??? y is that happening ?? i did every thing correct and still it is doing the same thing ???

Try backing up your memory card to your computer.
Then have your PSP reformat the card..

Make sure you battery light is still charging (yellow light on ) while you retry.

A full battery will not work
