two files for applcor theme wont flash to flash 0
i try and try again but system_plugin.rco and sysconf_plugin.rco refuse to flash to flash0.

I had the same problem, use 7zip to extract the files to the flash0, not extract to hd then psp. This way works, found out 9 or 13 tries later. I almost bricked my psp that way.
