Hombrew 1.5 help

Hi i had a english 1.52 version which i upgraded to 2.0 and then used the downgrader to get to ver 1.0 and then upgraded to ver 1.5, that went all smoothly and well. (ive checked the technical info and its now definately running version 1.5)

So now ive put the latest snes9x emulator "Snes9x0.02y32" onto my psp, putting both the wall bitmap and the EBOOT in PSP>GAME>SNES9X.

Ive also put 1 rom in there which is Super double dragon.smc which has been proven to work.

But every time i try to start the emulator it says "the game could no be started"

Where am i going wrong?!
