need help with vba emu

visualboy advance version0004 isnt working affter i dl i use seipsptool to export the ebp file from my pc to my psp then put a rom in the folder but when i start the program up it automatically comes back to the psp main screen. what do i do?

assuming you have 1.50
1-must be named vbapsp and vbapsp%
2-rom must be no larger than 16mb, and named rom.gba in the non-% folder
