The same happened to me, don't think there is anything else you can do but format.
Just make sure you sve everything but the corrupt file to the PC first.
I am not talking about a "Corrupted Data" icon. I have a folder, and for some reason, when I try to delete it through the PC, it says "Cannot be deleted: Directory is not empty", but I cannot browse into the folder to delete the files inside. It cannot be deleted through the "File assistant ++" either. What can I do besides format the MS?
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.

I fixed it but it keeps happening to other folders. I am really getting mad now, because I cannot run more than one program without them getting corrupted. This has only started happening since I loaded Notepad onto my PSP.

This happened the other day to me. I had to reformat my memory card and redownloaded my homebrew as a lot of my back ups had became corrupted for some unknown reason.
Well, I deleted Notepad, so we'll see...

Happened to me as well. I just backed up my entire MS and reformatted it. All was well after that.
