So I'm trying to figure out which ones I should buy

Sega Saturn
Sega Dreamcast *** This one especially with all the downsampled games:
So far I have the following games set to buy:
HeadHunter
Sonic Adventure

Skies of Arcadia
Vampire Chronicle
Phantasy Star Online v2
Capcom VS SNK2
I own the following games:
Shenmue Complete
Nights Complete

I've being wanted the real copy of Rez for a while. (Yes, guilty but its not like i havent wanted it)
I cant find it under 40 pounds. I'm not willing to pay that.

Also if oyu like Mario Party-style games, get Sonic Shuffle. Also Worms World Party is awesome.
The best multi-player games for Dreamcast, in my opinion

I was lucky as I got a 2nd hand Rez from Gamestation for a tenner in great condition. They also had a PAL Samba De Amigo set for £69.99. I got them both - oh yes, it was a good day

If you can, try to get one of the Marvel vs Capcom games as well.
All the games you mentioned above are some of the Dreamcast's best.
You should also try out Jet Set/Grind Radio, Soul Calibur, Power Stone, Ikaruga, and Street Fighter Alpha 3.
