How to change the music on dreamcast homebrews

Does anybody here know how to change music on a dreamcast homebrew CDI or ISO? I'm pretty sure that there's a way but i'm not sure how...

You have to extract the contents first, then see what data type the files are (.ADX, etc...)

Homebrew software isn't going to use ADX. If it is prerecorded music, it will most likely be OGG or CDDA.

Ahh, I just realized this thread is concerning homebrew games... but then my original response would've been against forum rules!
