To do this, you need an SEO specialist.

If you are looking for ways to get your content or product to your target audience, then SEO is what will help you with this. You can read a few articles about marketing and seo to try to figure it out for yourself. If you do not want to waste time on this, then I advise you to contact an experienced specialist to do this work for you. But I think it will be expensive, so you should try to study this topic yourself. At least this will be a useful skill for you for your future work. You will always be able to find the target audience yourself, even taking into account the fact that this is a constantly changing market.
