Seems that the firmware has been dumped already, seen here. We just need to wait for a new dumper to come out if the current latest one can't do it.

how to dump:
needed to dump:
Pandora extended menu, and battery...
custom FW installer...
install 4.00 on your PSP, use the extened menu to gain access to the flash files, then when you get the files, put the custom FW back on! i just did this, works great.
