Does a good weight scale help with losing weight?
Just a reminder for everyone, the number on the scale does not always show if you lost weight or not. Last year I did a 12-week weight loss program in which indeed I did lose 40 lbs. I'm 5'2 so that is a big loss for me. Nevertheless, afterward, I started back the school year and gained about 18 lbs back. So I tried to work out this summer again, but this time I'm doing cardio and lifting weights with a personal trainer. I am also eating healthier again. Unfortunately, when I weighed myself I didn't see the number on the bathroom scale go down. So I would say, don't feel bad if the number doesn't go down if there are visible changes!
