I need a program to convert my PSX images to PSP eboots with compression

Pretty much what the title says. I have a program, but it doesn't do compression. There was a game that I had on my PSX that I really liked, and I lost the disk, but now I got it on my PC and I want to play it on my PSP. I only have a 2gb, which is mostly being taken up by my FFVII game, as well as a bunch of music, a movie, and plenty of homebrew, so I want a relatively small PSX eboot with lvl 9 compression. Can someone give me a link or a name of an app and version number that will best do this for me.

google a program called popstation GUI it converts PSX ISOs into eboots with compression as high as level9. aswell as this u can create the icon and background shown on the XMB.
