so some of these homebrew could be unsafe? i see how, but i don't think anyone would be dumb enough to actualy make a virus for psp

PSafeP is a windows tool to scan Sony PSP executable (EBOOT.PBP) files for suspicious code.
Important Note: Due to PSafeP scanning for any and all access to the flash memory, some legitimate software (ex: LUA Player, PSPInside) that accesses flash0 to load certain prx modules will fail the scan even though they are 100% percent safe.

well, according to a recent thread i saw, someone actually did... =(
I guess I dont get the point here.
1. If your going to use homebrew. Join a community (Like here) and only use "releases".
2. If you need to do a version change or downgrade. again only use tested releases.
3. Don't run code from unknown sources.
