i got a similar message on my sisters pink psp fat.
i was going from 3.71m33-4 to 4.01 on it.
the installer told me there were incorrect or patched keys and asked me if i would like to fix them i said yes and it is working fine.
So while trying to upgrade my PSP from 3.52 m33-4 to 4.01 m33, I get a message that "Some of your idstorage keys have not the correct values".
I read that I need to use Keyclear and IDStorageManage but really am not sure what I am doing with those. I'd appreciate any help!![]()

i never had this problem. the only problem i got is that i cannot resume my final fantasy 7 crisis core gamesave (i get a "corrupt data" error when starting it) and aparently need to start over (was told this by a friend) so im kinda pissed
Well, the problem is on my PSP (TA-082), I am missing keys (1-3, and 7-8 are unknown) and heard this could cause a brick if you don't create/fix the keys prior to flashing. Problem is, never created keys before so not sure how to use the program.
