Test Builds

So I got my environment set up and I finally realized that Dreamcast coding is essentially just C! My question is, once I build my .elf file, is there any way to test it on a PC without having to waste a CD?

There's nullDC, Makaron, DEMUL (currently down) and Chankast. All in order by recommendation.

nullDC can run ELFs as they are but the other ones either need them converted into a binary or made into a CDI image.
