about to start coding

Hi everybody.

So, I'm interested in learning how to code

I was planning on starting coding on the PSP (via lua or something else if anybody can recommend a different language)

Then starting to code in C++ and eventually porting my projects on there to psp

so, I was wondering if anybody can recommend a site, or some sort of tutorial to begin programming for the psp in lua or some thing else, preferably something that starts simple for begginers like with hello world or something
