What folder do i use

Do i put the wads in Doom-PSP or in Doom/Doom_~1% because when i put them in Doom-PSP i get nothing but corrupt data

put it in the root of your psp

Its in the readme i believe.
I think you have to put them into a WADS folder in the Doom-psp folder

i have gotten tons of homebrew to work on my PSP including QuakePSP but it seems that the only doom WAD i can get to work is DOOM1.WAD the shareware doom
