Quite possibly the new site, since it has been in the works for a while (i prefer this site as it, over what i've seen of the new one).

It probably isn't a contest considering the dcgp 2005 was effectively cancelled and added into dreamon because of the lack of interest in the original dcgp contest and the expense of it. Unless Wraggy found some great new sponsor that is, and not one who will flake out (see PDRC)

It has to be something psp specific since he posted it in the psp forum only. My bet is some sort of dev package for the psp, since that has been lacking since the start.
