besides, eyetoy never recorded you playing and made an awesome movie out of it, and to answer your question shadow, if you have a netflix account, you can stream movies for free on your xbox, but in order for you to be able to click and instantly whatch, they lowered the quality of the shows and movies, a bit lower then dvd quality, on the pluss side, up to seven of you'r friends can whatch the same movie at no aditional cost, as long as YOU (netflix suscriber) are the party leader, you can also chat while you whatch! very good, i am now going to suscribe to netflix when the update comes.

Still, the majority of the announcements were full on original, including the new dashboard look and many of the games.

MS is really taking out the stops on the awesome XBLA games. Portal? Banjo Kazooie? Geometry wars? F*** YEAH!

    What videos weren't quality?

PS Scene it? came out a good long time before Buzz. So Buzz is the copier there. The Eyetoy never worked for me, and the XBL Vision cam has been out for a longtime. Its just now being used for games.

All in all, quite possibly the best E3 press conference I've ever seen, even with a good bit of copies

Only someone who has never seen an Apple product would claim that the new dashboard is original. Also looks like there will be lots and lots of horizontal scrolling and wasted space…until the adverts arrive of course…

If you dont know about these games, then now you do. You also now know why Phil Harrison left SCE.

SCEE teams have been a strong advocate for cross-market gaming since the original Playstation. Unfortunately people at the top make the big decisions until the Wii happened and marked the divide.
Now we have Nintendo strictly catering for what they call "casual gamers", Microsoft aiming at what they call "Core" and Sony stuck in the middle trying to bring both sides together with crossover titles being criticized for not pushing either boundary.

All i ask is that we consider games as games and dont insist of splitting potential markets.

You wonder where Apple got the idea? Windows.

And Scene it? came out before the PS2 even existed. Eyetoy was a joke.

Singstar was pretty good. Can't cover M$ for that, that was basic copy and paste.

I don't think trying to get the 360 to all audiences is bad at all. If you do then you only think there should be one type of game, period. Nintendo is neglecting its hardcore, Sony is neglecting both, and microsoft is trying to reach both, but only getting the hardcore.

Your last statement is good though. If I translate it right, your saying, let gamers be gamers, and we should all stop complaining over these things. I think thats what you meant?
