Really as stated(and as everyone knows) porting the game in Japan would be pointless, probably everyone that has a 360 has a PS3.

hopefully theyll keep final fantasy's older battle system, i hated FFXII's battle system, fight enemies without much touching any buttons.... i love my button mashing!!

It is more like older, it's straight turned based(from what I recall) and has stuff you can do in battle like stopping time I think, it's got a lot of new things to it really.
