Whats wrong with my psp ?

Im trying to load up iso's.

the folders i have are .... DEVHOOK% and DEVHOOK and UMDEMULATOR and UMDEMULATOR% .... in the PSP-GAME folder.

i also have a folder in the root of the memory card called ISO with my winning eleven iso in that.

when i load up device hook, i click on the winning eleven iso which is LFC-WE9.ISO and it just takes me back to the psp menu screen.

What am i doing wrong ?

That's why sony keeps trying to foil any homebrew attempts. For everyone that's going to further with there psp with cool applications, there's someone trying to use it to play pirated games. :P
