bittorrent respository?

Just wondering if anyone is interested in a bittorrent site for pspreleases.
I was thinking something like, only registered developers can post torrents to keep it clean. anyone can download thought. all verified by me, to help save other sites on bandwidth, i can host all the torrents so they have atleast 1 seed. And it will give none-dev users a way to give back. Just a thought, if anyone thinks it would be a good idea, let me know and i can start it up.

i dunno...there would always be that chance that some1 manages to register and then hosts a psp bricker, etc...just my opninion anyways
