Tape loading bug fixed in Fuse PSP

I tracked down the source of the tape loading freeze: the problem is in the sound code, and should be fixed in the next release.

Great! will we also see SNA loading also. there are tone of files in form some only in this form like, game endings and some modded games like jet set willy home made games.
