someone should work on a applacation that has all the newest versions of the major emus stringed together, then when there is a new emu, just replace it with the old one, just put the roms in its own folder. this will make it easier to have all your games on one applacation!

its been asked before quite a few times
it isnt practical on the psp for the very reason skyd1v3r stated + difficulty when 1 author of an emu updates his emu, as well as some other reasons.
Although technically possible to do, it would be a nightmare to maintain and wouldn't be the most efficient way.
Also, its filesize would be HUGE.
