is that possible? converting java Apps from the net into a DS game? using the obvious bottom screen keyboard/point and click switchround thing with L+R.

Not unless you have some desire to completely reprogram them all. There is no Java VM available for the DS, and there likely will never be one. The only other option would be to use GCJ, and that would almost be as much work to set up as porting a Java VM (believe me, I tried to get it working for Dreamcast).
