I GOT THIS TO WORK ON MY VERSION 2.0 PSP!!!!
    Here's what to do:
    1. download version 1.0 of PSPGBA, NOT VERSION 1.1!!
    2. Put it on your PSP like you normally would, but leave the GBA% folder in, and put the roms in there.
    3. Play the games at slow speeds! yay!
BTW: it won't run any faster on a 1.5 psp, this is the same speed etc.
ALSO: I loaded this with the TIFF loader of brown ale, I haven't tried it with the GTA exploit yet.

    What v-sync actually does?
    It synchronises sound with graphics?
For better graphics perfomance we should have it turned on or off ??

upgrade your psp, "settings---> Network Update---> Choose your connection--->wait a moment----> download the update and then go to--->Game--->Memory stick--->choose the update and hit "x"---> ejecut!"

    enjoy now!

psp298, we need to hear from you!!
GBAPSP needs an update! (Running Final Fantasy 4 Advance smoothly would be so awesome).
    Later,
