How can I get the full pak for Quake?

I'm not asking for warez or anything, but if I had the original Quake cd, how would I get the pak file off of it to put on my PSP?

If its like doom, then i think you have to find the .WAD file off of the cd to use

1, put quake cd in cdrom,
2, connect psp into pc,
3, put psp into USB mode,
4, Open quake cd,
5, Open ID1 folder of cd,
6, Open PSP>GAMES>QUAKE PSP>ID1 folder,
7, Copy files from cd's ID1 to PSP's ID1 folder,
8, disconnect psp and switch off,
9, turn of pc,
10 turn on psp,
11, play quake psp in full.
