Can't find EBOOT.PBP file (?)

Hello folks
Just downgraded to v1.5 this eve, so this is all very new to me, so if I'm being stupid, please bear with me.
I've downloaded both the SeiPSPTool and kxploit tool, but when I go looking for the .BPB file all I get is a blank window when I open the original source folder. What exactly am I doing wrong?

I think you're messing it up big deal, what are you trying to do in the first place?

Those programs modify homebrew eboots wich were made for FW version 1.00, so they can run on 1.50,
If you don't have any, what are you trying to modify?

just post what are you trying to do, or what program are you trying to run
