help how do i get these roms, i have cd's

i got the cds for goblins quest 2 and 3, but how do i make them roms for the scummvm new emu that just came out? someone tell me plz or can someone just send me the rom, i can show proof i have it. i just really want to play this game(s).

You don't make them "roms", you just copy the needed files over to the memorystick.
Go to scummvm.org and follow the instructions.
