the game doesnt come out intill dec7 in the usa so i think its a little odd that they have it.is it in stock? the game isnt very good anyways ive played the jap one its no big deal. but to upgrade a 1.50 to play this your stupid since you can play it of your msd anyways

Likely, but I'm just going to assume that most, if not all new releases going forward will require 2.0 like GTA does. It's not like R* programmed the game to only work with 2.0, as it didn't exist through most of the coding process. The video codec theory has been debunked, so odds are it's a simple process for them to do whatever they did with GTA to any other game that's released.
