Won't let me change the backgrounds

I followed the tutorial to change the backgrounds on my psp. when i select pspersonalize on my psp it brings me to a page that just says "finished". i pasted my .bmp files in the root directory and i have version 1.5. also my only files in my directory are "psp">GAME and inside my game folder is all of my emulators. I made a backup file of all of the original folders that came with the psp but I accidently deleted them. can anyone tell me what the original folders where? Also, is their a download of the original backup folders and files. thanks.

did you number them as 01.bmp 02.bmp etc?

yes there are 12 .bmp files 01.bmp 02.bmp ect in the root directory. i installed pspersonalize to the psp>games directory. when i got to pspersonalize on my psp it brings me to a finished screen. can ayone help?

i personally use wab skin changer, which works good fine for me, so if you're having trouble w/ that you could always try another one
as for getting it to work, are all your pics 300x170 and under 150kb?(mine are 149kb)
