This is in response to those who've asked about the PS1 emulator PS2PSXe, and whether that project is still alive...

I've been in touch with ffgriever who says that he definitely wants to complete the PS2PSXe project, though he can't say exactly when he can take that work up again. His other work will allow him some time for such projects again starting a couple of weeks from now, but he is not yet sure if PS2PSXe can be the first of those projects, as he may have to do some other stuff first.

This is pretty much as I had guessed the situation to be, so I don't expect any releases soon. Some new beta might appear within the month, but any public release will almost certainly take much longer. The PS2PSXe project has been on hold for well over a year, and it is bound to take even ffgriever some time to reacquaint himself with it, after almost fifteen months of unrelated work.

There you have it. The project could see the light of day eventually. Until then, I see no reason for this thread to remain open.
