n00b question

hi i was wondering, to put all these emus and homebrew on my xbox do i need to modify it in anyway or does it need to be hooked up to a pc or what? sorry if this seems REALLY dumb to you guys in the know. thnaks for any advice you can give me.

I'm not sure if you need to mod it first, I really don't play EMU's on my Xbox. You might want to start digging here http://www.xbox-scene.com/

I would think there are ways to get EMU's running off a disc for Xbox without any kind of hardware modifications.

Chips are the safest way, 10x less likely to mess up your xbox.And your xbox can usually be asved quite quickly from a hardmod if you mess somethin up. Whreas softmod can result in the need for hotswapping/hard modding to sort out its problems.

cheers though now i am wondering if it is better to just wait for the 360 - surely with the open hardrive set up that it has it is very easy to set up emus etc?
