at first i thought it was just my firewall, but no it seems gone now.

OK, sorry for the confusion.
Our url provider was only payed for 1 year.
They stopped hosting our url as soon as 1 year was up.
That's when it went down.
We've already sent them the money for another year and they should be putting us back up soon.
The http://leto.lunarmania.com/~homeb23/index.php link is where we pay to host our site, completely different from the people we pay to host the url.
That's why that works, but the url, and certain features of the site, does not.
Sorry for the inconvenience, HH will be back soon, don't give up hope!
