I could use 4GB... just don't wanna buy the same card over again, sdhc was supposed to be supported from start![]()
Meanwhile, I'm still perfectly happy using my regular R4 with a 2GB microSD - I've only used about 2/3 of the card, and that's with some videos and some SCUMM games with CD audio on it, along with the regular emulator stuff and copied GBA games for use with my Ewin.

I accidentally ordered the R4 SDHC and to my dismay, it wouldn't work after I loaded the r4 firmware. But, once I did a little research and found out that it was a fake and etc.. I went to the r4 sdhc website (seperate site) and downloaded their firmware and now my R4 SDHC is working fine! All my micro sd cards work, including my 8 gig one. Which I recklessly fill with games. It's nice to just whip out my DS at any time and find a game to play. :P Plus it's handy for music. I'm cheap, so my DS is my mp3 player too. :P
I bought an R4 SDHC and have been using using 2GB SD SanDisk and 8GB SDHC SanDisk with 1.21 kernel
Issues.
1. Movies and MP3s will only work in the first 2GB
part of the card. You can fill up the next 6GB with
games/homebrew.
2. Kernel can only be read in the first 2 GB of the
card. If you make changes with the theme and
you have already filled up beyond 2GB the theme
will not work. You will get blue background. The
same goes with moonshell theme.
Workaround:
1. Reformat SD card and make sure you copy Music
and Video before 2Gb is filled up.
2. Reformat SD card make changes to kernel or
moonshell before filling up beyond 2GB.
im using a M3 Real...

and i just got my 4GB MicroSDHC card...
but the startup load time is a bit slower
