Default Question about making my own ISO.

Ok, so I have BurnOut Legends, and SSX on Tour. I've read about people putting in their own songs from CD's they have for these games, but from what I understand its not using the actual UMD but the ISO of it.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how exactly I go about putting my game in the PSP and making an ISO of it to run off my memory stick. Nothing against EA but their music selection in both these games SUCKS! I'm a big 311 fan and would love to be tearing up the slopes grooving to their tunes.

I figure'd I post here so that maybe others could use this as a FaQ once the people who know how to do this reply
