Need help with moonshell

i'm having a problem watching videos on moonshell. whenever i try to play the video, i get an error message that says "Horizontal sizes other than 256 pixels became unsupported." i'm using an R4 with the 1.18 kernel which comes with moonshell 1.71. i'm using batchDPG to convert the videos. the settings are:

framerate: 20
width: 256
height:192
profile: ultra
passes: 3
bitrate: 386
max bitrate: 384
resizer: spline16

I need help. when i press mutimeadia it says "cant find file of _DS_MSHL.NDS in the SD/TF root directory" i tried every thing PS i have to do it the manual way and it frezzes help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
