    Default downgrading v2.0 to v1.5

    Hi All,

Ive got part way thro downgrading from v2.0 to v1.5 but im stuck when trying to use the Eboot.psp, It says the file is corrupted and wont continue. I have a full battery and the AC adapter is in. My virus software reported Overflow.tif as a Trojan Brick(is this correct?) within the MPHdowngrader. If i look in the PSP system info it is now saying i have V1.0, However if i navigate to Game,Memory stick it shows Eboot.psp as corrupted and wont let me run it. Please help. I have included a dir list with this post so u can see where all the files are listed on the mem card.

    Default

Ok ive managed to sort this out, when you place the eboot.psp within \\PSP\GAME\UPDATE|eboot.psp the dir's need to be in upper case, this was why it was showing as a corrupt file instead of PSP Update v1.5. anyway all sorted now and fully flashed

    Default Possibly a dumb question

I have read alot about the downgrader but one thing I am still puzzled about is if you have upgraded to 2.0 and then used the downgrader, the PSP will still play the UMD games that require 2.0 along with being able to run emulators...right?
Actually I am getting the idea that if you already have a 1.51 or 1.52 firmware you need to upgrade to 2.0 in order to downgrade to be able to work with emulators but it will NOT be able to play UMD games that require 2.0.
This seemed like the right place to post this...
