Odd when encoding it jumps to the end and doesnt do anything. Also internet browser doesnt load. I got .net framework v2 and still nothing.

hi. i've been working on my own encoder front-end. it doesn't have all of
the features of PSPDOTmp4, but it's still pretty nice. i'm hoping to complete
it either before the new year or shortly after. it's currently stable, but there
are a lot of features i plan on adding before the final release.
    check it out @ <a href="http://www.cs.ulm.edu/~jself/jmenc/v2"> jMEnc2 </a> and my other apps @ <a href="http://www.cs.ulm.edu/~jself/jmenc"> modsyn psp apps</a>

    any comments/requests are appreciated.
