the assembled case does indeed look good
EvilDragon posted this over at gp32x forums
Well, not exactly a Pandora, but the case
I thought you might be interested seeing a few renders of the latest case (the nearly-final one, but still missing holes for the LEDs and the touchpen).
I know the lightnings a bit dark and the resolution a bit low.
I was in a rush as I'm going to an exhibition for the next days - and I wanted to show you the renders before that.
When I get back next week, I can do higher res renders or do some closeups.
Now, enjoy these:
An empty case assembled
An empty case disassembled, top view

This thing is gonna be awesome. I'm debating myself whether to get this or the Acer aspire one netbook. I sure got to get a higher paying job.
Looks nice. The only thing that worries me is the D-Pad. It looks like it needs to be raised a bit, to avoid the PSP D-Pad problem.
Lovin it.
I used to think it looked ugly. The more I see it the more I love it.
Things always loko nicer when they shiny.
its going to be the greatest homebrew console/mini laptop in quite a while, esp once people push the hardware.
What you have is basically a portable xbox in terms of power (so ive been told)
This is only a " homebrew " console right? doesn't or won't have any commercial games.!
I only ask as it would get 100000000000 times more support from the homebrew community if it did as there would be so many more people purchasing the thing.
Such as the DS has such a large user base and so has a great homebrew scene but i wonder if that would have been so " GREAT " if it were only ever a homebrew console!
Probably talking SH!T lol so ill stop, does look nice though.
