NEOCD PSP (help please)

I posted on the end of the NEOCD PSP thread but I'm assuming not too many people will notice it there. I'm having a problem getting this EMU to run. I don't have the following files:

-STARTUP.BIN- -loading.bmp- -logo.bmp-

Are these files that I could create or do they need to be the original ones?
I'm assuming any bmps would work as long as the specs are the same, anyone know what they are? And is the bin something I could make also like a "bat" file can be created with a txt program. Any help appreciated.

And of course I find my answer less than 5 minutes after posting this....these files are in the "neocdpsp-0.1.zip" but not in the "NeoCDPSP.v0.5u4.zip" that I have for some reason.
