RIN Error, please help me

Ok, i tryed to start RIN, i did what the instructions said, but i got this error, which i beleive is the compatability error, even though i have a v 1.50 psp, and it said v 1.00 and 1.50, what went wrong?

here is the error i got.

"The game could not be started.
(80020001)"


NOTE*
I also get this error with NesterJ, though SNES9X TYL works fine.
