Sony have recently released (somehow i missed it) a 16GB Memory card for the PSP, now thats a lot of GB to play with, (i remember when we started off with 32MB).

    Heres the specs:

    features

    16GB capacity
Half the size of a standard size Memory Stick Pro media
Embedded Magic Gateā„¢ technology for safe transfer of copyright protected content
Compatible with all Memory Stick Pro devices with the use of the adaptor

    Is it high speed?
It's a huge pain to fill a 16gb M stick with only the standard speed.

Does anyone know if this will be compatible with the latest m33 firmware? I know there were some problems with the 8 gig in the past.

The newest PSP firmware allows for up to 16GB of storage I believe. M33 doesn't remove that cap so these cards would work.

I'll wait for a SanDisk version though as the SONY sticks don't have the write speeds I desire.

16GB IS ALOT- imagine filling it up and then needing to format it? errhhhhh. thatd be frustrating.. it needs that high speed ish asap.

    Funniest part of the post:
Embedded Magic Gate™ technology for safe transfer of copyright protected content...

    lol

    wtf?
