OK, the battery does not have to be fully charged but I would recommend that it be atleast 70% charged.

Yes the P-bat should turn the PSP on automatically.

No, do NOT set a trigger with pspgrader. I have allready set a trigger for the installer (DCv7), it's X...

After you copy the files just insert the MMSX, hold X, insert the P-bat and dont let go of X for atleast 5 seconds...

Sorry but I dont think I'll figure it out.

I joined a forum a while back to learn how to install CFW, I used what's called The NextGen_MMS, it worked great but some peeps said they had the same prob you got now. When DCv7 was released I built my own MMS using DCv7 and tried to avoid the whole "green light, black screen, no install prompt" issue. My MMSX has been used over 200 times in less than a week and only 3 peeps so far have complained of this issue. Idk wtf causes this prob, and its very rare.

With the NextGen_MMS it was either user error or it just had to be done over and over again to get it to install. One guy said he tried 20 times before it worked and he only built the MMS once. Some with this prob say that if they leave the PSP on, take out the MMS, try to view pics or play music, then turn the PSP off, remove the normal battery, wait a few minutes, insert the MMS, hold X then insert the P-bat that it installs then. If they just kept taking the P-bat out and reinsert it quickly it took forever to get it running.

I really dont know whats causing this and it only happens to about 1% of peeps that use it...

    Oh ya, one more thing...

Somebody said they tried install with the NextGen_MMS and the MMSX with no avail. But, they rebuilt the MMS and when they ran FakeCard they left the PSP version set at 352, said the install worked right the first try, its worth a shot...

Eh...not to sound like a total nOOb, but when can you put the original NONpandora-class battery back into the system, or do you at all?

Also, my friend wants me to mod his too. He has the piano piano black 2000 series which he bought a year ago, and I was wondering if this was phat or slim because I have the silver 2000 and mine is designed differently than his. Just wondering.

    Thanks!
