help please

i have two questions. is the gmdl server down or something? it says the page cannot be found.

the other question is, can you combine maps? ive tried downloading a very big area and it says the maps is to small.

If it says that, it usually means it only consists of two (or fewer) zoom levels. When downloading using GMDL, click the Advanced button to see how many zoom levels you get. This should also show in the preview where you can unclick several regions.
