2.50 or 2.60 downgrader? Maybe?

Here is another one of my sad attempts at a 2.50 or 2.60 downgrader. It is an audio overload. I used the index.dat and h.bin from the MPH one...

THIS HAS NO GUARANTEE OF WORKING! In fact, it probably won't. But seeing as how I don't have 2.50 or 2.60, I cannot test this myself. So you will help me.

I think this sort of uses the same sort of idea that the fonts exploit for Xbox uses, but I'm not sure. Just download the thing and try it. BTW, this is a modded My Chemical Romance song, so if you have something against the band, mute your speakers, m'K?

You will need to listen to the entire song before something happens, because the exploit is trained to run about half-way through the song.

When you download the RAR, just extract it directly to your Memory Stick.

ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL! NO GUARANTEE OF WORKING! THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED! YOU ARE THE TESTER!

And also, if you try to edit the file's ID3 tag on your computer, the program will malfunction and close. At least it will with Winamp.

All right cheese... While I commend you for your research, this stuff could be a danger. No one wants a $250 paper weight... Im going to request that you make your own site and upload this stuff there. I wont remove this out of respect for you... But I think that it would be the right thing to do.

Never mind; when the files are extracted, the PSP recognizes the song as corrupted data. Forget I mentioned this.

It's pretty obviouse that you are trying to "work your way up" to mod status.

THAT ISNT EXACTLY WHY IM A MOD! I cant explain to you how I got their respect.. I dont think I can explain it to anyone.

Being a mod actually kills some of the experiance... I will go ahead and say YOU WILL NEVER BE A MOD.. so enjoy the forum and respect its laws You can still become a respectable person on our forum (which is to me, alot better than being a mod any day.)
