Frame adding for GBA games using NDS?

Is there a homebrew that would allow us to replace the black frame around the gba screen while playing on NDS? I remember of such a thing, but I don't know where would it be, or how was it called. If you know anything useful, please tell

BootGBA can do this, but only with its generic built-in borders. It does not have DLDI support for loading your own borders unfortunately.
