how do u spawn the things with v 2.0 and the person dat made it they madddd smart but sides dat how u spawn $#@! wen i got it highlighted

first choose what vehicle you must spawn (use the TANK 1)

Then enter the spawn rhino cheat: Left Shoulder x2, Left, Left Shoulder x2, Right, Triangle, O.

This is all you have to do. You must have Firmwear Ver. 2.0 or 2.1 or 2.5 on your PSP. Then take the"ULUS10041S0","ULUS10041S2"files and put them in the SAVEGAME Folder. After you autoload, then go in the Menu and load the game thats called (Cheat Device Ver.0.1) DO NOT change anything on the cheat menu yet, When you are done with that,then load the one called (Day 211,$999999999.100% complete) At this point you should be GOD!!! If you want the words on the Screen to go awya! Press (L+R+UP) I Prefure to leave them on the screen to change the Car & Helicoptors at any time! To do all this you must have atleased a 1/2 Gig. Memory card YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO DO , IT's DONE!!! Coolest ver. ever!!! A member named Kevin informed me that it turns of the cheat device if you press L+R+up, you need to press L+up to get rid of the words.
