No text! please help!

Well, i spent an hour going through this site and found no threads dealing with with problem, so i figured i'd start a new one - hopefully someone out there can help.

earlier today i upgraded my psp from 1.5 to 2.0, in order to play Infected. After upgrading, my psp no longer displays any text. All the graphics and lines are in place, but no text. As you can guess, no text makes it rather difficult to do anything in the main area - but once i load the game, the game displays text perfectly, without issue - until i go to play online and it tries to connect to my wifi - the text is gone yet again. I'm guessing it's a firmware issue - but i can't find anything about this problem anywhere. Any thoguhts?

try downgrading then upgrading again, the upgrade could of not written somthing
