gui for convertneo AES

Just posting for a friend. I ran it under norton and on my pc. No virus or malware in it.

I made this gui for convertneo AES. This was to make it less troublesome for people. Instead of having to open dos prompt every time you cant simply use this now. I also felt it would just give the program a slighty more professional look. Much thanks to chui for his great new emulator ~ Clessy ~
